Our latest release, PeaceX, is at the forefront of utility software development with its adoption of 'Smart Screen' usability, Service Oriented Architecture, and business process optimization.

As with previous Peace versions, PeaceX was developed to address specific tactical or strategic questions facing utility customer operations. For example, asking the question "How can Peace CIS improve agent productivity and decrease training?" led to a complete redesign of the user interface which reduced the number of screens significantly, and better aligned screen flow to business processes.

Asking "How can Peace give clients more functionality without significant business disruption?" led us to componentize our CIS using open-standards Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) so that clients will be able to upgrade individual modules rather then the entire application.

Asking "How can we reduce the cost, risk and time of CIS implementations" has led us to invest in our Optimized Business Process suite. This suite allows utilities to reduce the risk of new implementations through the use of pre-configured optimized business process which are designed to cover up to 80% of a utility's business. In addition, this positions the utility to take advantage of regularly delivered enhancements and focus on continuous improvement.

We have also launched our 'service-with-software' outsourcing solution. This outsourcing solution simplifies the utility-vendor engagement model by delivering business process optimized, customer-facing software from our award-winning Peace CIS in a simplified, flexible and predictable way. By moving to a service-with-software outsourcing model, utilities pay a predictable maintenance fee for a platform that we keep current with changing regulatory and market requirements.
